The early infant.
The general advice is for exclusive breast feeding for the first 6 months of life and continued breast feeding for the first 2 years of life. There are many advantages for the mother and her baby in this plan of breast feeding. Thus, it is the standard care accepted all over the world. Older advices about introducing juices or solids at 4 months or even younger are now strongly discouraged.
After the first month of life, your child bowl habits might change. The baby that was passing stools frequently sometimes with every feed can now be passing stools every few days up to 9 days.  This is normal, this is not constipation.
The growth of the baby should be followed every month in the first 6 months of life and then at least every 2-3 months according to your child condition.
The vaccination schedule should be known to the parents and recorded along.
