Temperature inside your home should not exceed 23 degrees ||Set aside time for your partner and share what's happening in each other's life ||Design a kid corner and fill it with things safe for your toddler like Tupperware, toys, empty boxes, etc. ||When your infant is carried, he should be oriented toward the carrying adult ||Don’t rush into solving your kid's problems. Give him the chance to conclude, all on his own, that things are going to be okay. ||Use a firm mattress and avoid placing your baby on thick, fluffy padding that may interfere with breathing if your baby's face presses against it ||Reflux is common in newborns. Most babies outgrow reflux between the time they are 1 and 2 years old ||As a new baby mother who has to breast feed you should make sure that you drink lots of water ... The polio virus has been found in the sewers of Cairo, and it appears to have come from Pakistan, theWorld Health Organization said on January the 23rd. Egypt has not had a case of polio since 2004.

According to CDC, a person is considered to be fully immunized if he or she has received a primary series of at least three doses of inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV), live oral poliovirus vaccine (OPV), or four doses of any combination of IPV and OPV.

Kindly note that extra vaccines are not needed if your child receives his vaccines at their proper times.
