  • If you need to contact the doctor directly, be ready to provide your phone number, the birth date of your child, the name of your child to facilitate the creation of the personal file of your child. If you can provide the actual weight or even approximate weight of your child, it would be an advantage.

 

  • Have a pen and a paper if you would need to take a note of what you just heard.
