If your child's scalp is very crusty, put some baby oil or olive oil on the scalp 1 hour before washing to soften the crust ||Don’t forget to put labels with date and time on your expressed milk bottles to check expiry dates ||During the day, don't try to catch up on chores while the baby sleeps.
