Excessive warmth and overdressing are as harmful as cold weather. Temperature inside your home should not exceed 23 degrees ||For protecting young children during summer months, apply sunscreen at least 30 minutes before going outside ||Sleep sacks and sufficient layers of clothing are safe alternatives to blankets for children less than six months of age ||Whenever possible, don't get involved in your kids' clash. Step in only if there's a danger of physical harm. ||AAP recommends to avoid blankets (a potential suffocation hazard) until your baby reaches her first birthday ||Try to develop passions outside of work. Don't define yourself by your job, and have the courage to be imperfect. ||Don't let your baby nap in the car seat after you're home as a substitute for crib since it's harder for young babies to breathe in that position ||The pacifier’s guard or shield should have ventilation holes so the baby can breathe if the shield does get into the mouth ||2- Breastfeeding your new baby ...Breast milk provides all the nutrients that babies need for the first six months of their life and guards against many illnesses and allergies. Also, breastfeeding can help build a special closeness with your baby. Breastfeeding is one of the best things you can do for your baby. ||Don’t forget to put labels with date and time on your expressed milk bottles to check expiry dates ||
