Lie down and rest ||As a new baby mother who has to breast feed you should make sure that you drink lots of water ... Make a habit out of drinking a glass of water every time you feed your baby. This will ensure that you are getting your water, and help your body produce enough milk. ||Most newborns need eight to 12 feedings a day — about one feeding every two to three hours ||Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently. It’s not the type of soap that prevents the spread of bacteria and viruses; it’s how you wash your hands. ||Set aside time for your partner and share what's happening in each other's life ||Whenever possible, don't get involved in your kids' clash. Step in only if there's a danger of physical harm. ||
