It’s never too early to read for your child ||As a new mommy, sleep when your baby sleeps. Silence your phone and ignore the dishes in the sink ||Plan for regular family meals. Enjoy being together as a family and give a chance for everyone to decompress from the day ||Whenever possible, don't get involved in your kids' clash. Step in only if there's a danger of physical harm. ||Your baby should have 4-6 wet diapers per day. This is a great way to monitor if they're getting enough milk ||Sleep sacks and sufficient layers of clothing are safe alternatives to blankets for children less than six months of age ||You'll develop a unique parenting style that is right for your family and may be quite different from your neighbors and friends. ||The more you help your toddler put his feelings into words (“I’m mad. I want the truck.” “I’m sad. I can’t find my bear.”), the less they will show aggressive behaviour. ||The only acceptable punishment for our children is time-out. No spanking, no shouting and no threatening ||Your baby's foot may seem flat, but that's because a layer of fat covers the arch. Within two to three years, this extra padding will disappear. ||

We are delighted to announce that My Child Guide © has expanded to open a new clinic in Beverly Hills, 6th of October. The new premises will be a separate branch exclusively for children and pediatric related specialties. Located on Mall 1, villas area beside Dawar El Omda, it will be our pleasure to serve you with the same quality and service you have come to expect of us.

 

Prof Dr. Wael Lotfy will be meeting his patients Saturday and Tuesday from 1.00 – 4.00 pm as well as Sunday and Wednesday from 9.30 – 11.30 pm upon preset appointments only.

 

Daily follow up of patients with our pediatrics specialists Dr. Mahmoud Yosry and Dr. Mohamed El Zoghby on site (upon preset appointments) and through MyChildGuide hotline 2356, using the child’s personal digital file on www.mychildguide.com
