This is a great way to monitor if they're getting enough milk ||To help your kid stand up to negative peer pressure, encourage him to talk, use role playing with him, get to know the parents of your child's friends and finally deal with your own peer pressure. ||As a new baby mother who has to breast feed you should make sure that you drink lots of water ... Make a habit out of drinking a glass of water every time you feed your baby. This will ensure that you are getting your water, and help your body produce enough milk. ||Colostrum is rich with all what baby needs for the first 2-3 days till the breast begins to produce milk ||Set aside time for your partner and share what's happening in each other's life ||During the day, don't try to catch up on chores while the baby sleeps.
