Toddler's appetite may change almost daily. Let her be the judge of how much she needs and wants to eat. ||Don’t rush into solving your kid's problems. Give him the chance to conclude, all on his own, that things are going to be okay. ||Bathe baby for no more than ten minutes in warm water especially if he shows signs of skin eczema. ||In case of eczema, use mild, unscented body and laundry soaps. Pat baby's skin dry; don't rub ||During the day, don't try to catch up on chores while the baby sleeps. Lie down and rest ||To help your kid stand up to negative peer pressure, encourage him to talk, use role playing with him, get to know the parents of your child's friends and finally deal with your own peer pressure. ||To keep the eye free of infection, massage inner lower corner of the eye twice daily to empty it of old fluids ||The only acceptable punishment for our children is time-out. No spanking, no shouting and no threatening ||Plan for regular family meals. Enjoy being together as a family and give a chance for everyone to decompress from the day ||Make sure your baby wears a hat if she will be in a cold environment ||

The polio virus has been found in the sewers of Cairo, and it appears to have come from Pakistan, theWorld Health Organization said on January the 23rd. Egypt has not had a case of polio since 2004.

According to CDC, a person is considered to be fully immunized if he or she has received a primary series of at least three doses of inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV), live oral poliovirus vaccine (OPV), or four doses of any combination of IPV and OPV.

Kindly note that extra vaccines are not needed if your child receives his vaccines at their proper times.
