Toddler's appetite may change almost daily. Let her be the judge of how much she needs and wants to eat. ||Your baby should have 4-6 wet diapers per day. This is a great way to monitor if they're getting enough milk ||To help your kid stand up to negative peer pressure, encourage him to talk, use role playing with him, get to know the parents of your child's friends and finally deal with your own peer pressure. ||Never tie a pacifier to your child’s crib or around your child’s neck or hand. This could cause serious injury or even death ||Design a kid corner and fill it with things safe for your toddler like Tupperware, toys, empty boxes, etc. ||Don't let your baby nap in the car seat after you're home as a substitute for crib since it's harder for young babies to breathe in that position. ||It’s never too early to read for your child ||Do not postpone your baby’s vaccines unless he is sick or feverish ||If your child's scalp is very crusty, put some baby oil or olive oil on the scalp 1 hour before washing to soften the crust ||The pacifier’s guard or shield should have ventilation holes so the baby can breathe if the shield does get into the mouth ||

We are delighted to announce that My Child Guide © has expanded to open a new clinic in Beverly Hills, 6th of October. The new premises will be a separate branch exclusively for children and pediatric related specialties. Located on Mall 1, villas area beside Dawar El Omda, it will be our pleasure to serve you with the same quality and service you have come to expect of us.

 

Prof Dr. Wael Lotfy will be meeting his patients Saturday and Tuesday from 1.00 – 4.00 pm as well as Sunday and Wednesday from 9.30 – 11.30 pm upon preset appointments only.

 

Daily follow up of patients with our pediatrics specialists Dr. Mahmoud Yosry and Dr. Mohamed El Zoghby on site (upon preset appointments) and through MyChildGuide hotline 2356, using the child’s personal digital file on www.mychildguide.com
