Also, breastfeeding can help build a special closeness with your baby. Breastfeeding is one of the best things you can do for your baby. ||Make sure the highchair has a wide base, good fit, adjustable secure straps. Consider a post between the child's legs. ||You'll develop a unique parenting style that is right for your family and may be quite different from your neighbors and friends. ||During growth spurts - around 6 weeks after birth — your newborn might want to be fed more often ||Always check the water temperature with your hand before bathing your baby. Be sure the room is comfortably warm, too ||Design a kid corner and fill it with things safe for your toddler like Tupperware, toys, empty boxes, etc. ||Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently. It’s not the type of soap that prevents the spread of bacteria and viruses; it’s how you wash your hands. ||AAP recommends to avoid blankets (a potential suffocation hazard) until your baby reaches her first birthday ||Every milestone is an accomplishment, but it means your child is more independent and needs you a little less ||Put a photo of a face – yours – on the side of the cot for your baby to look at. We are delighted to announce that My Child Guide © has expanded to open a new clinic in Beverly Hills, 6th of October. The new premises will be a separate branch exclusively for children and pediatric related specialties. Located on Mall 1, villas area beside Dawar El Omda, it will be our pleasure to serve you with the same quality and service you have come to expect of us.

 

Prof Dr. Wael Lotfy will be meeting his patients Saturday and Tuesday from 1.00 – 4.00 pm as well as Sunday and Wednesday from 9.30 – 11.30 pm upon preset appointments only.

 

Daily follow up of patients with our pediatrics specialists Dr. Mahmoud Yosry and Dr. Mohamed El Zoghby on site (upon preset appointments) and through MyChildGuide hotline 2356, using the child’s personal digital file on www.mychildguide.com
