Make a habit out of drinking a glass of water every time you feed your baby. This will ensure that you are getting your water, and help your body produce enough milk. ||Preservatives, fragrances, harsh soap, rough fabric, sweat, and stress can be potential irritants for babies suffering from eczema ||Ask your baby's doctor about vitamin D supplements for the baby, especially if you're breast-feeding ||Exclusive breastfeeding for at least 6 months is the best prevention of food allergies ||Most newborns need eight to 12 feedings a day — about one feeding every two to three hours ||Proper weight gain is the sign that your baby is having enough milk. Not crying and not comparing with other kids ||
