To help your kid stand up to negative peer pressure, encourage him to talk, use role playing with him, get to know the parents of your child's friends and finally deal with your own peer pressure. ||Use each feeding as an opportunity to build your newborn's sense of security, trust and comfort. ||Alternate the first breast you offer at each feed ||Expressing milk should be painless. If it hurts, stop. ||Don’t rush into solving your kid's problems. Give him the chance to conclude, all on his own, that things are going to be okay. ||It’s never too early to read for your child ||Contact the doctor if your newborn isn't gaining weight, wets fewer than six diapers a day or shows little interest in feedings ||Only close friends and relatives should visit you during your first month at home. Johnson & Johnson plans to remove potentially cancer-causing and other dangerous chemicals from nearly all its adult toiletries and cosmetic products worldwide by 2015.

Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo contains two carcinogens that are causing environmental groups to boycott the product. The original Johnson & Johnson baby has both Dioxane and a substance called quaternium-15 that releases formaldehyde. The company has said that they are “gradually” phasing out these chemicals, but many products containing the carcinogens are still on the market, both in the US and abroad.

More than two years ago, the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics released the groundbreaking report, No More Toxic Tub, which revealed that popular kids’ bath products – including Johnson’s Baby Shampoo – contained chemicals linked to cancer. They promptly asked Johnson & Johnson to reformulate its iconic baby shampoo and specifically to remove the formaldehyde-releasing chemical, quaternium-15.
